Is your pet microchipped? It’s your best chance of getting Fido home safe and sound should he ever be lost or stolen.
To remind pet parents about the importance of microchipping and updating their registration info, the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) have teamed up for Check the Chip Day, Aug. 15.
If your pet isn’t already microchipped, take TurfMutt’s advice and make an appointment today. If she has a microchip, but you’re not sure where it’s registered, you can visit the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool to find out.
