TurfMutt appears on third season of “Lucky Dog”

TurfMutt and his human Kris Kiser, president of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI), will appear on a third season of the Emmy award-winning Lucky Dog TV show. Lucky Dog is produced by Litton Entertainment and airs on Saturday mornings as part of the “CBS Dream Team, It’s Epic” block of programming.

The Lucky Dog show has helped TurfMutt inspire new audiences with his message that green space is vital to the health of our communities and families. Remember, your yard is not only an outdoor family room. It also helps combat pollution, shelters wildlife and makes us happier, smarter and healthier people.

The new episodes of Lucky Dog will talk about ways to steward the environment through our family yards, which have become an extension of our living space. Last season on Lucky Dog, Kris teamed up with Gothic Landscaping to re-establish living landscapes for three homeowners.

The mission? To ensure the families chose climate-appropriate plants that would also provide a healthy space for their newly adopted dogs. This season, TurfMutt will do it again – providing landscape makeovers for three deserving families.
