If you’re in the market for a furry friend, TurfMutt encourages you to check out a PetSmart store near you this weekend. Sept. 15-17 has been dubbed PetSmart Charities National Adoption Weekend. Four times a year, PetSmart Charities works with animal welfare organizations across North America to host pet adoption events at PetSmart stores.
TurfMutt – a rescue dog himself – is a big fan of adoption! Recently, his human Kris Kiser event adopted a sister for TurfMutt named Dottie. She’s a senior pup who came from an LA shelter. Her rescue story was showcased on an episode of Lucky Dog.
There are lots of loving, amazing pets that need good homes. Whether you find your next companion through PetSmart’s National Adoption Weekend, your local shelter or a rescue organization, TurfMutt encourages you to choose adoption. He and Dottie thank you!
