Fun Summertime Activity for Kids

Summertime and the livin’ is easy, except when the kids have nothing to do. The next time you hear, “I’m bored!” suggest this fun game for the whole family. Take your camera and photograph one thing for every letter of the alphabet in your yard. “A” is for apple tree, “B” is for bumblebee and so on. Challenge yourself with the tough letters (“X” marks the spot?), then compile a photo album of all the things you discover. Who knows? You might even get some ideas of what to plant to make the game a little easier next time!
