TurfMutt is a proud sponsor of the FIDO Friendly Magazine 8th Annual Cross-country Pet Adoption Tour: Get Your Licks on Route 66®. The tour is currently making its way from Los Angeles to Chicago along the iconic highway.

The cross-country pet adoption tour helps rescue dogs, like TurfMutt, find their fur-ever homes. Read TurfMutt’s street-dog-to-superhero story.

Emmy Award Winning TV host of the weekly CBS series Lucky Dog, Brandon McMillan, is the spokesperson of the event for the second year. TurfMutt also appears on the Lucky Dog show that airs as part of “CBS Dream Team, It’s Epic!” on Saturday mornings.

In the first seven years, the Get Your Licks on Route 66® tour has helped place over 5,000 pets into new homes! Watch this video to learn more about the event. (Check out the cool TurfMutt logo on the van that is leading the charge across country!)
