It’s goal-setting season! This year, TurfMutt encourages you to include your pet in your resolution-making. Here are TurfMutt’s top-dog ideas for incorporating your pet into your goals for 2018.
Get fit
Eating better and exercising more is once again at the top of the resolution list for 2018. Commit to more walks, playtime in your family yard and hikes in nature. Living landscapes are good for the health and well-being of you and your pet!
Learn a new hobby
Most pets are up for trying something new! Maybe this is your year to take up kayaking, cross-country skiing or jogging. Whatever you’re considering, think of ways you can include your pet in the process.
Volunteer
If giving back is on your to-do list for 2018, TurfMutt encourages you to consider volunteering with a local pet shelter or a rescue organization.
Meet new friends
A dog is man’s best friend, and a having a pet is a great way to meet people with common interests. Consider adopting a pet in 2018. If you already have one, join a meet-up group at the local dog park for a dose of Vitamin N(ature) and socializing for you and Spot!
