TurfMutt helps pet parents get backyard ready on “Lucky Dog” this week

This Saturday, you have a chance to see TurfMutt’s human friend Kris Kiser help pet parents get backyard ready for their new pup on Lucky Dog, part of the CBS Dream Team…It’s Epic block of programming. On this episode, you’ll see trainer Brandon McMillan work with five rescue dogs who will be taught to aid and comfort adopters who have been through their own harrowing journeys.

As part of the episode, Kris will visit the new home for a rescue dog named Max. Max is a poodle mix who was previously bitten and shows signs of aggression toward large dogs. Before he’s ready to be adopted, Brandon must help Max move past his fear and aggression. At the same time, Kris assesses if Max’s new yard gets the TurfMutt seal of approval.
