TurfMutt embraces National Hug Your Hound Day

You may not know, but Sunday, Sept. 10 is National Hug Your Hound Day, a howl-iday celebrated on the second Sunday of each September. TurfMutt wants to make sure you don’t let the day pass without finding lots of opportunities to give your favorite hound a hug!

The picture above shows TurfMutt’s human, Kris Kiser, president & CEO of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, with TurfMutt’s adopted sister, Dottie. As you know, TurfMutt has a paw-tnership with Lucky Dog, which airs as part of the “CBS Dream Team, It’s Epic” programming. In fact, TurfMutt just signed on to sponsor a third season of the Emmy award-winning show. It was through Lucky Dog that Kris adopted 12-year-old Dottie from an LA shelter to be TurfMutt’s sidekick.
